Lori is ellwood Evidence Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer. Lori is a brilliant, skilled and ambitious business and finance administrator with a strong involvement in all phases of administration, personnel, finances and marketing. She puts the firm's needs first, and works closely with the management team on firm-wide policy setting, problem solving and decision making.
Lori’s duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning and analyzing the company’s areas of strength and weakness to identify business opportunities and propose corrective actions.
Lori is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the day to day operations of the firm. She routinely analyzes and monitors budget, and participates in compiling data for forecasting and budgeting. Lori maintains petty cash and expenses, oversees process purchasing, accounting and other support services related to the business.
Possessing a natural aptitude for discretion, negotiation, and problem solving, Lori successfully strives to build sustainable relationships that generate confidence and trust on all internal/external levels.
